Tabs is Now Available in AWS Marketplace

Today, we’re excited to announce that Tabs is now available in AWS Marketplace, making it easier for companies building on AWS to modernize the revenue infrastructure behind their business.

Eligible customers can purchase Tabs through their existing AWS relationship, apply committed AWS spend toward Tabs, streamline procurement and vendor onboarding, and work with their existing AWS account teams.

But there’s another side to the AWS Marketplace story that matters just as much: Tabs also helps companies manage the revenue they generate through AWS Marketplace.

One system for direct and AWS Marketplace revenue

More software and AI companies are monetizing through a mix of subscriptions, usage, consumption, tokens, credits, commitments, and hybrid models. At the same time, cloud marketplaces are becoming an increasingly important channel for how those products are purchased.

That creates a new layer of complexity for finance teams.

Revenue generated through AWS Marketplace can come with its own contracts, transactions, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and usage data. Without the right infrastructure, finance teams are left reconciling marketplace activity against direct customer relationships and managing the downstream revenue workflows separately.

Tabs unifies this into one platform.

Tabs connects directly to AWS Marketplace to bring marketplace activity into the same system finance teams use to manage direct revenue. Contracts, transactions, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and usage can flow into Tabs and become part of the same customer and revenue workflows.

Finance teams can maintain one consolidated view of the customer relationship, whether revenue comes through AWS Marketplace, a direct contract, or both.

Built for usage-heavy revenue models

This becomes especially important as software monetization gets more dynamic.

A customer might sign a commitment, consume against it based on API calls or tokens, purchase additional capacity, and transact through AWS Marketplace, all within the same commercial relationship.

Traditional billing systems weren’t built for that complexity.

The Tabs AI Operating System ingests signed contracts, interprets complex commercial terms, incorporates usage and consumption data, and executes revenue workflows end to end.

With Tabs, finance teams can:

  • Bill complex revenue models across subscriptions, usage, consumption, tokens, credits, commitments, and hybrid structures.
  • Manage AWS Marketplace and direct revenue together, including contracts, transactions, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Turn contracts and usage into billing workflows, automatically applying commercial terms to consumption and generating accurate invoices.
  • Automate collections and cash application to reduce manual work and accelerate cash flow.
  • Automate revenue recognition with ASC 606-compliant schedules, controls, and complete audit trails.
  • See revenue in one place across billing, collections, revenue recognition, usage, and AWS Marketplace activity.

From cloud infrastructure to revenue infrastructure

AI companies already rely on AWS to power increasingly complex products. The infrastructure used to monetize those products needs to keep pace.

“AI is changing not only how companies build software, but how they monetize it. Revenue models are becoming more complex, with usage, tokens, consumption, credits, and commitments increasingly living alongside traditional subscriptions,” said Ali Hussain, CEO of Tabs. “By bringing Tabs to AWS Marketplace, we’re making it easier for companies building on AWS to put the revenue infrastructure behind those models in place, using the cloud commitments and procurement relationships they already have.”
